💥 My .02: There's a massive chasm between being good at producing clips that gain followers on social media and performing a solid 45 minutes of standup comedy that people (especially those who don't already know you) enjoy. The more we reward the former, the less we'll get the latter.

You stand out by saying, “This is who I am. Here’s what I think, FEEL, and believe.”

The more vulnerable, open, and honest you are, the more people relate to you.
